Product License Agreement

This Product License Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms under which you ("Licensee") are licensed to use the Acreus platform.

1. Grant of License

Upon subscribing to Acreus, the Licensee is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the property search tool, zoning data, owner information, and exportable PDFs.

2. Restrictions

• No Redistribution: The Licensee may not share, sell, or distribute the results, PDFs, or data obtained from the Acreus platform.
• Single User License: The License is granted for individual use only. Multiple users or shared logins are not permitted under a single subscription.
• Intellectual Property: All data, software, and content provided by Acreus remain the intellectual property of Acreus and its partners.

3. Termination of License

• This License is valid for the duration of the paid subscription. If the subscription is canceled or payment is not processed, the License will terminate immediately.
• Acreus reserves the right to revoke the License for any breach of the Terms, including unauthorized use or sharing of data.

4. Data Ownership

The Licensee acknowledges that all property, zoning, and ownership data provided by Acreus is sourced from third-party databases and that Acreus is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of this data.

5. Support and Maintenance

Acreus will provide ongoing support and updates to the platform as necessary to ensure its functionality. Any additional features or customizations requested by the Licensee may incur additional fees.

6. Confidentiality

All data and information provided to you under this License must remain confidential. You may not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent from Acreus.

7. Indemnification

The Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold Acreus, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any legal claims arising from the misuse or misrepresentation of the data provided by the Acreus platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Acreus makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of property or zoning data. We are not responsible for any losses or damages arising from the use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the Licensee for the subscription.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of [jurisdiction]. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

10. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

The data provided by Acreus is for informational purposes only and may not be fully accurate or complete. Acreus does not guarantee the accuracy of data, and it is based on a limited sample set of properties. Users should independently verify all data before making business or financial decisions.
