To access certain features, you must create an account using Auth0. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Subscription and Payment

• Pricing: Our services are available under a subscription model starting at $50/month for 50 searches and $100/month for 500 searches.
• Payment: Payments are processed via Stripe, and you must provide accurate payment information. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.

4. License to Use

Upon payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use Acreus services for your personal or business use, subject to the following restrictions:

• You may not copy, distribute, or resell any data obtained from Acreus.
• Access to the platform is for the registered user only and cannot be shared.

5. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal purposes or to violate any local laws.
• Attempt to disrupt the platform or access its source code.
• Provide false or misleading information.

6. Cancellation and Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account page.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms, including non-payment.
• Upon cancellation, access to the platform will be restricted, but we will retain your account data for record-keeping purposes.

7. Support and Maintenance

We provide support and maintenance for the platform to ensure it functions properly. Support is available during regular business hours. Acreus reserves the right to charge additional fees for any custom requests or extended support beyond standard terms.

8. Fees and Payment

• All subscription fees are due upfront. Payment is required to access Acreus services.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• We may modify pricing at any time. Any changes to your subscription fees will be communicated in advance.

9. Confidentiality

You agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared through the platform, including but not limited to property data, reports, and any communication with Acreus staff.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Acreus, its employees, affiliates, and agents from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, including any breach of these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

Acreus is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the platform, including inaccuracies in zoning or property data, delays, or interruptions in service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
